The first forklift skill competition jointly organized by the company's enterprise management office, safety and environment office, production department, equipment department, labor union and other departments was successfully held on the morning of October 19.

A total of 23 contestants participated in the forklift skill competition. In addition to mastering the basic structure, daily maintenance, safety technical requirements and other knowledge essentials of forklift, the contestants must also compete in the three operation practices of "s" pile winding obstacle, "I" wheel stacking and balanced pile crossing. The whole activity integrates technology and interest.

According to the competition rules, the contestants must complete these three specified items in the shortest time. When driving the forklift along the specified route or reversing, the front and rear wheels shall not press the line, and shall be fast, stop stably and accurately. This is a comprehensive test of the contestants' operation skills such as careful driving, ingenious obstacle crossing, accurate stacking and transportation.

The competition was exciting and exciting. The contestants were attentive, calm and flexible to complete the specified actions, such as moving forward, reversing, turning around, handling, obstacle crossing and stacking... Everyone gave full play to the fighting spirit of not falling behind and forging ahead, and each action was completed in their best state.

After more than two hours of intense competition, the top six contestants were sun Tianjiao in production area C, Yan Xinliang in production area a, song Yanfang in production area a, song Zhigang in finished product warehouse, Ma Qingyu in production area B and Wang Yuegui in production area A. The company presented prizes to the employees who won the top six of the competition and a mobile red flag to the Department where the champion was located.

Through this activity, the operation skills and safety awareness of forklift operators were further tested and improved, the communication between departments and employees was promoted, the purpose of mutual learning and common improvement was achieved, and a good atmosphere of "comparison, learning, catching up and Surpassing" was formed in the company.
